Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
